I brought my 2014 VW Tiguan in because the check engine light came on. I was charged a diagnostic fee of 268.00 for a compression test and was told that this was not the problem. I did agree to the test. Apparently the next step was to test the injectors, however I was told that Autotrends did not have the equipment. When agreeing to the fee I assumed that if the compression was not an issue my car would eventually be repaired. I have been a long term customer and feel that I should have been offers a discount on the 268 fee. Additionally, the check engine light was reset, which has resulted in me waiting until the light comes on again sending the codes so that I can take the car in to the VW dealership. I can only hope no damage will occur. Thanks. Terry Nutt

I understand our staff member, JB, has contacted you and that you will update us next week (Because you are away with travels at the moment) as to what you request happen next. I also understand your vehicle is running OK so the check engine light may not come back on. Either way we are eager to get this matter resolved quickly and you satisfied.
