Took our 06 Honda Element there because it was overheating sometimes when idling. They quickly determined the fans needed to be replaced and they finished the repair the same day and for a reasonable price so we were very happy and will be back. I checked the parts that were replaced afterward and the best I could tell, they looked clean/new. The serial numbers were visible and both fans had a recent manufacturing date that was also visible. After having dealt with another sketchy local mechanic that sold salvage parts as new and generally did poor repairs, this was just about the best experience we could’ve hoped for.

I first took my Nissan 370Z in for a diagnosis on a warning light but I also needed an oil change and maintenance. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism I was greeted with and the mechanic was awesome in explaining diagnosis and future wear & tear. I had a 60K maintenance completed with new brakes and drums and the price was far better than any other place. I had just purchased the car a few months prior to bringing it to the shop and they even did a overall inspection for the car. When the car was completed they washed my car and left a nice goodie bag that impressed me even more as it made it a little more personal. The owner contacted me after my visit just to check on my overall experience. It is time for my oil change and maintenance once again and the owner reached back out to me to make sure everything was going good. I mentioned to him it was getting time for my and even took the time to set up my appointment. This company has gained my upmost respect and business for life.

I was referred here by a close friend. I came to get a free second opinion after going to a well known car repair chain that tried to completely rip me off. My battery was bad and I was quoted $190 with tax for a new battery with a 5 year warranty and the labor included !!!!. I also got an oil change and new windshield wipers for $54 tax included. The waiting area feels like a lounge. It was very new and refreshing. It was near the end of the day and I was still greeted immediately with professionalism and overall kindness. The guy I believe his name was JB or John was a mechanic so it wasn’t just a front desk person who didn’t know what they were talking about. He was knowledgeable upfront and honest. He checked and changed my battery within like 20 minutes. The prices are the best I’ve seen in Greensboro and the service is great. I got a full diagnosis of my car for 109 and he texted me a link to a website that shows pictures of every part of my car that was checked with red green and yellow categories organized by severity of the issue. He didn’t try to push me to do more work than was necessary. And if all that wasn’t enough they left a “thank you for your business goodie bag” in the car. I am super satisfied. They’ve gained a customer for life.
