I work for a company that has over 10 vehicles that I bring to The Autotrends on a regular basis for their regular maintenance. I definitely recommend this place for service. If you like to build great relationships with people who work on your vehicles and also be in and out in a fast timely manner, this is the place for you and your vehicle. They keep you updated every step of the way, they welcome you with the most positive attitude and they are honest about any work that needs to be done. They have a nice and comfortable lounge area with coffee and water and a charging station if you have to wait.

I have been driving for 60 years and for the past 30 years a loyal supporter of Toyota. In the past two years, I have had 4 service people, a different one every time, and their prices keep going up at Toyota. I am old school, and need to talk to a person about my cars. I had a flier from Autotrends and decided to support a local business. JB is a fantastic experience mechanic to deal with. He is polite, friendly and gets the job done(no BS). He explains the problem and what they did. My last bill was $65. I can't remember when I have ever had a bill for any of my cars for under $100. I rate them 5+ stars and highly recommend them. I don't often write reviews but being so satisfied with them I had to spread the word. They are EXCELLENT!

Took our 06 Honda Element there because it was overheating sometimes when idling. They quickly determined the fans needed to be replaced and they finished the repair the same day and for a reasonable price so we were very happy and will be back. I checked the parts that were replaced afterward and the best I could tell, they looked clean/new. The serial numbers were visible and both fans had a recent manufacturing date that was also visible. After having dealt with another sketchy local mechanic that sold salvage parts as new and generally did poor repairs, this was just about the best experience we could’ve hoped for.
