Great service, as always!

I have enjoyed dealing with the staff at Autotrens for several years now. I became aware of the company through my wife who has had the family Nissan serviced exclusively at Autotrends. I'm in the process of regeristering my vehicle in North Carolina and I needed a State Inspection. I'm extremely pleased with the service advisors and the work performed on our vehicles.

The repair I needed was expensive, but the guys explained every detail to me of the work that needed to be done and were very quick with the repair. They even let me borrow the loaner car at no charge while my car was in the shop for a day. It's the small things that make the inconvenience of a car in need of repair much easier to deal with!

The folks at Autotrends are always 100% super-friendly and helpful. They not only want to make sure that my car is working great, but that their customers feel special.

These guys did an excellent job on my car and helping me to get the repair waiver that I needed for my inspection. Even when the DMV inspector called to ask detailed questions about the repairs, the technician that answered the phone knew what he was doing and was able to answer the questions. AutoTrends has become THE official mechanic for my Kia. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
