I brought my 2014 VW Tiguan in because the check engine light came on. I was charged a diagnostic fee of 268.00 for a compression test and was told that this was not the problem. I did agree to the test. Apparently the next step was to test the injectors, however I was told that Autotrends did not have the equipment. When agreeing to the fee I assumed that if the compression was not an issue my car would eventually be repaired. I have been a long term customer and feel that I should have been offers a discount on the 268 fee. Additionally, the check engine light was reset, which has resulted in me waiting until the light comes on again sending the codes so that I can take the car in to the VW dealership. I can only hope no damage will occur. Thanks. Terry Nutt

This place is great! Clearly explained the work they needed to do after their careful review. Work done well. Will bring all vehicles here from now on. Just because a car is old doesn’t mean it’s not a good one.

Oh do we appreciate the comments about good old cars. That's what we drive and depend on. It's amazing for us to have seen the same vehicle come into our shop sometimes for 30 years or longer; often it's still in the same family yet may have been passed around to a few different drivers along the way. I had to have a water pump installed but it turned out to be a few more things that the car needed. I really didn't feel like getting everything done at once due to Christmas being so close. I was offered to good of a deal to pass up so I got the work done and was grateful for it.

Very good experience, beginning with the website, through checkout. Super clean facility, including bathroom. Nicest waiting area I've ever seen in a repair shop, free wifi, and coffee. Professional, welcoming staff. I was in for a pre-purchase check. Report was thorough, and helped with my decision.
