Got me in and out. Had a little issue with the lock sticking after the door assembly was reinstalled but they have me back in getting that resolved.

Even though I was a first time customer, they treated me as a 'regular'. I dropped our Jeep Liberty off one evening for brake diagnostics and repair, and picked it up the next evening. They provided excellent communication before, during, and after the service.

They took care of several problems including a transmission cooling line leak, transmission flush, fuel system flush and filters and fluids (30K check). Also their attention to detail (vacuuming the mats) impressed my wife.

Autotrends has been taking care of my car since I bought it in 2005. Cannot speak highly enough for everyone that works there. Had quote from dealer saying my car needed x, y, z immediately. Took car to Autotrends and they said, absolutely not, x and y had obviously just been done and z was not a "have to do it now" item. They also explained exactly what was needed, why it was needed and when it would be needed. They have always been honest, up front and hard working. I would recommend them to everyone that owns a motor vehicle.
