As usual, top notch service. They even honored a complementary oil change, due to a small service failure on a previous visit. No one is perfect, but it makes a huge difference when a company is willing to compensate. Thank you guys!

The work that was done was done quickly, and I feel confident with the quality of work done. It's also nice to see that you're employees are concerned about other possible issues, as they found another issue with my Jeep that may have caused some problems if I was on the road. I'm also very appreciative of the loaner vehicle and shuttle service you offer.

The Jeep Guys had sent me several coupons in the past but my son had the Jeep away and I was not able to use them, but when the time came that I did need work to be done I went in for an estimate and everyone there did everything that I could have expected of them. I would recommend them to everyone and also talked to other customers in shop and did not get anything but good feedback.

I called these guys Saturday morning to fix my daughters 98 honda that had quit on her Friday night. She attends college and I am 2 hrs away, this could have been a nightmare but was easy and pleasurable. I chose Autotrendz from a Google search and based on all these great reviews. They gave me the number of a wrecker company that was also great to work with. The car got dropped off after hours and come monday at 9 am I got a call from Jason with a diagnostic charge ( that was very fair) and informed that they would find the problem then call me with a repair price. They called later that day with a cost to repair, I ok'd it and they fixed it that day. I thought the price was high at first but then researched the cost of the parts online and am pleased with my decision to have them repair it. The only critique I might add is It would have helped if they accepted payment via the phone. We had to transfer funds to my daughters acct to make payment. Or I should teach my daughter to do better with HER finances. : ) All in all, a very good experience that could have been stressful. Thanks guys!
