Left the O ring off and stranded my wife on the side of the highway

From the the initial contact by phone with Jason, he was prompt, courteous and professional. He advised that the service I needed could be handled in a minimal amount of time and at the advertised price. The tech advised Jason about a couple of items that might require attention in the future but no pressure to do it now. The waiting area is quite comfortable and appears to offer amenities to perform phone and computer tasks while you wait.

I took my Jeep GC in for an oil change and asked if they would check out some noises from the front suspension. After finding the cause (or at least one of the causes) of the noise they didn't try to push me into an additional sale for the repair. They documented the issue (upper and lower control arm bushings) so I know what needs to be done and a good estimate of the cost of the repairs. I felt that they were vary friendly, honest and had great customer service. My Jeep will be going there from now on.

The process was seamless. Would like to learned more about what I can and can't do with the hitch. A hitch is foreign to me.
