J R was great at communicating to me about my car they completed the work when they said they are very expensive I had a shifter and linkage and it cost me a thousand plus dollars the young lady at the front was not very helpful she continue to avoid helping even when the manager ask for her assistance.. I also was not offered the pick up or drop off service SMH any way I am glad my car is fixed but dang $$$$

Poor communication and updates on status? Overpriced for work completed. Scratched faceplate of stereo at some point during work. Brought back twice after replacing battery which didn’t resolve electrical issue. Failed to fix tailgate light like I requested. Wouldn’t have known car was complete unless I called to follow-up on status. Being in the service industry for 26 years, something’s missing here folks. I didn’t feel that the team had a handle on my cars needed service. Charged 2 hours of labor to put a gas cap cover on?

Even though my car was tied up for a couple days, they did a good job of completing the repair on my A/C. One thing I would recommend would be to have “loaner “ vehicles available for those who have daily commitments. Gary is a nice gentleman who aims to please. Overall I am satisfied.

They did a nice pre-purchase inspection of an older Prius for me. They took time to explain what they found and answered additional questions I had after talking to my brother. I scheduled this inspection ahead of time and they did it during the scheduled time even though they were having a busy day. They seem well organized and their waiting area is pleasant. I read a book but I believe they have free wifi.
