This place is amazing!! My new car place for sure. The trek store recommended them for me to get a hitch put on for my bike rack. The place is super comfie, with free wifi, coffee and snacks. They got me and out and even left me a little treat (apple pie!) in my car.

We have had a couple issues with our 2012 Grand Cherokee since we bought it. First was the air ride suspension. I called several places and none of them could fix our problem. When i called autotrends, the technician new exactly what i was having trouble with and after a few days in the shop they had everything working good as new. Shortly after we started having problems with the motor. Long story short, the motor had to be replaced and these guys took care of it in no time at all. I would highly recomend these guys to anyone looking for quality service. JB called me everytime there was a new discovery on what was wrong and not only asked what we would like to do going forward but also gave his recommendations. All around great experience and we will be back if we have future problems!

Very clean and professional shop. Waiting room had coffee, snacks, and home made cookies. JB was professional and friendly. They diagnosed my vehicle free of charge as well as brought me back to the shop to take a look at the issues. Clear communication and no pressure which I appreciated. I will be back to have them take care of my vehicle.
